Some 48% of Italian school students think that the mafia is stronger than the State

Some 48% of Italian school students think that the mafia is stronger than the State, according to a report presented at the parliamentary anti-Mafia commission Thursday.
Only 31.50% of the students think it is possible to defeat the Mafia for good.
Anti-Mafia commission Chair Rosy Bindi stressed the importance of having faith in politicians.
“You can’t mistrust politicians in general, but only those who do wrong,” she said.
